Clubhouse & Pool Information
The Clubhouse Committee is charged with overseeing the LCOA Clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts regarding rules of use, appearance, safety, security, and function issues. Meetings are held as needed, but not less than quarterly. Current Projects: Playground Equipment, Poolside Furniture, Chairs for Clubhouse.
Clubhouse Rental
Lake Caroline Clubhouse is available for rental only BY MEMBERS of the Lake Caroline Owners Association who are current on all assessments. Members MUST be present at function. Rental of the clubhouse does not include the marina, pool, pool area, or the tennis courts.
