Lake Caroline installed the new state flag shortly after Mississippians overwhelmingly voted in favor of the flag on November 3rd. Seen from the roundabout, the U.S., Mississippi, and Lake Caroline flags welcomes residents and visitors as they enter the Lake Caroline community.
