Contacting the Office or Staff

Our goal is to respond to questions and concerns in a timely manner. To help us do that, we ask that you:
  1. Submit a Contact Us ticket at for questions and concerns. This allows us to assign the ticket to the staff member who is available and trained to address your specific need, and it creates a record so that we can monitor response timeliness.
  2. Call the office at 601.898.1370 if you need an appointment (meetings with staff, ARC requests, boat registration, amenity access cards, etc.…) as these matters cannot be handled through Contact Us. 
  3. In the event of an after hours emergency that cannot wait until normal business hours, please call (601) 896-1997.
When you contact us through Contact Us or by calling the office, we will make every effort to respond to you within one business day.
