The Lake Caroline Annual meeting was called on Tuesday, March 16th, at Bridlewood of Madison. According to our ByLaws, in order to conduct business a quorum of 609 was required for the 2021 Annual Meeting to be held.  Combining the number of proxies received and the members who attended and signed in, we had 584 members present. A quorum was not reached. Therefore, the annual meeting was not held.  

 

The Board of Directors did provide an opportunity to have a questions and answers session for members in attendance.

 

A second notice has been mailed to the Lake Caroline members announcing the meeting's date, time, and location.  Our ByLaws do not require a quorum to be met for the rescheduled meeting. The next meeting will be at the Bellevue Clubhouse on April 6, 2021 at 7:00p.m.
