Madison County will add a drainage culvert to Caroline Boulevard between the park and lake the week of October 25.  The new culvert will aid in relieving flash flooding that occurs in the park. LCOA Staff will begin lowering the lake level at least 12 inches below full pool on October 1 in preparation for the culvert installation.
