The annual assessment is $1,045. Payments can be mailed directly to the office, paid in person at the office, or they can be paid online. Online payments are subject to a processing surcharge by the payment vendor. Read the

Paying Online
The surcharge to pay the annual assessment in full is $3.95 for a bank transaction. You may also pay using a credit card or PayPal but a surcharge will be applied. You will be notified by the vendor of the exact surcharge amount before your payment is processed.
2. You will be linking to the Zego payment app, so if this is the first time to pay your assessment online, select Get Started. Your Lake Caroline website username and password will not work with the Zego app.
4. Login with your new username and password.
5. Follow the prompts.
