Bellevue Clubhouse
The clubhouse is the home office for the LCOA staff. It includes a large meeting room, kitchen, bathrooms, and a conference room.
Outside, residents can enjoy sitting on the clubhouse's wrap around porch or on the back deck overlooking the water.
Amenities located on the grounds include a saltwater swimming pool, wading pool for babies and toddlers, a playground, and pickleball and tennis courts. Alongside the clubhouse is an ice machine, boat launch, gas pump for filling boats, and docks for parking boats. You will also find a Little Library, a free book-sharing box where anyone may take a book or share a book.
