Management and Staff
LCOA has an experienced staff who manage the day-to-day operational details of the association. The team is led by our business manager, Tommy Guest, who reports to and works closely with the board of directors. LCOA has six full-time employees and a roster of part-time, seasonal, and contract personnel to serve you. Profiles of key employees are detailed below.
Tommy Guest - Business Manager
Our Business Manager, Tommy Guest, joined LCOA in 2007 as a Project Manager. Tommy has extensive association management experience. Prior positions include Superintendent for the Lake Caroline Golf Club, Assistant Superintendent for The Country Club of Jackson, and Stadium Manager for an AA professional baseball team. Active in his community, Tommy has served as the Board President for Northbay Owners Association and held the senior leadership position with the Forest Hill Masonic Lodge. Tommy has a bachelor's degree from MSU. As Business Manager, Tommy is the senior executive on the staff, responsible for the day-to-day management of the association.

Gene Gunalda - Project Manager
Gene, our Project Manager, has many responsibilities but his key responsibility is maintaining LCOA property, including the amenities, common areas and equipment, and managing projects related to these areas. He supervises the operations staff.  
Previously, Gene served as our Residential Property Manager. 
Danielle Hopson -Residential Property Manager
Danielle Hopson, our Residential Property Manager, oversees our property compliance program by inspecting LCOA properties weekly, recording violations of covenants, rules and regulations, and working with property owners to resolve violations. She responds to residents' concerns about potential violations. Additionally, Danielle manages the boat registration and compliance program.
Gennifer McCrory - Administrative Specialist
Gennifer McCrory is the Administrative Specialist. In this role she handles front and back office support, News Notes, and supports the website. She coordinates association events and manages clubhouse reservations. Additionally, Gennifer provides notary services at no charge to Lake Caroline residents.
Gennifer has been employed with LCOA for over 10 years. Prior to joining Lake Caroline, she worked for the Mississippi Department of Health in the First Steps Program as an advocate and case manager for families and children with special needs. She is an alum of William Carey College.
Aaron Arnold - Maintenance Staff
Aaron is a member of our maintenance staff. He assists with maintenance of our pools, common areas, and clubhouses.
