Lisa has a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and an M.A. in Public Administration from Troy State University and she is a graduate of the Defense Information School certified as a Public Affairs Officer and Joint Intermediate Public Affairs. Lisa is a member and instructor of the Emergency Support Functions (ESF)-15 Federal Emergency Management Agency External Affairs cadre.
