Paying Online
Option 1 Nickel
Starting October 2025, we are introducing a less expensive and new online payment processor called Nickel.
ACH payments are free.
Credit card payments are 2.99%
Nickel allows for weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and pay-as-you go payments.
Option 2 ZegoFor Zego, the surcharge to pay the annual assessment in full is $3.95 for a bank transaction. You may also pay using a credit card or PayPal but a surcharge will be applied. You will be notified by Zego of the exact surcharge amount before your payment is processed.

2. You will be linking to the Zego payment app, so if this is the first time to pay your assessment online, select Get Started. Your Lake Caroline website username and password will not work with the Zego app.
