Board of Directors
Overview
The Board of Directors is responsible for the management of our association. A policy making body, some of the key responsibilities include:
Financial Management
Strategic Planning
Conducting an annual meeting of the members
Approving contracts
Ensuring adherence to architectural review guidelines
Maintaining common areas and facilities, and 
Delegating operational tasks to the Executive Director.
 
Allison Balducci, President
Allison is a National Account Executive with Bristol-Myers Squibb pharmaceutical company. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Mississippi. A resident for 28 years, Allison previously served on the  LCOA Board as Secretary before assuming her current role as Vice President, which she has held for two years. She also serves as Liaison to the Architectural Review Committee and as Liaison to the Landscape Committee. Prior to moving to Katherine Pointe, previous volunteer leadership roles include President, Vice-President, and Secretary of Pembroke Cove Homeowners Association. Allison and Pam reside in Katherine Pointe.  
 
Sheldon Miles Ford, Vice-President
Sheldon has 19 years working in the financial industry. Prior to her current job as an Investor Advisor with McAllister Capital Management she worked in Treasury Management with BankPlus. She has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Mississippi. She and her husband Brad live in Bridgewater. 
 
Brian Wiese, Secretary
Brian is a Senior Manager with Entergy responsible for its nuclear fleet capital budget management and reporting. He previously led their Nuclear Operating and Maintenance  Efficiency Strategy, designed to identify, and implement capital solutions to reduce recurring expenses. Brian has over 25 years of commercial nuclear experience in Project Management, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Operations, Construction Management, and Corrective Action Programs. He served 5 years with the US Navy. Brian has an MBA from Louisiana State and an undergraduate degree from Excelsior College and is certified as a Professional Project Manager. He served on the LCOA Events Committee for 7 years, the last 2 as Chair. Brian also served 5 years on the Advisory Council. He and Topher live in Northshore. 
 
Brandi Conico, Treasurer
Brandi is an Audit Manager with Bridgers, Goodman, Baird & Clarke, CPAs where she is responsible for financial audits of local counties, municipalities, and non-profits. She previously worked as an attorney in private practice. Educated as an accountant and an attorney, Brandi has undergraduate and masters degrees, including a Juris Doctorate, from Mississippi College, and a Masters in Tax Law from the University of Alabama. She is a certified CPA and is a member of the Mississippi Bar. Brandi has volunteered throughout her career in various capacities, including work with the Mississippi Taxpayer Assistance Program and the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project. Past volunteer leadership positions include terms as President and Secretary for the Health Law Society and a tenure on the advisory board of the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project. She and Marshall live in the Villages.
 
Johnny Barlow
Johnny is a retired business executive. He started as a salesman and worked his way up to Vice President of Corporate Sales and Marketing. During his 34-year tenure he served on his company’s Human Resources Ethics Board where he mediated ethics complaints and conducted employee training. An Air Force Veteran and native of Jackson, Johnny attended Belhaven College. Johnny is currently President of the Pembroke Cove HOA and has served in this role for the past five years. He serves as Board Liaison to the Lake Committee and is a board member of the Lake Caroline Men’s Golf Association. He and Brenda live in Pembroke Cove.
 
Blake Ferretti
Blake recently moved to Lake Caroline from Cleveland, MS. He is President and Owner of two successful businesses, Ferretti Property Services and Delta Coin. He studied Business Management at Delta State. Blake has served on five boards, including the Boliver Chamber of Commerce, Our Ladies of Victories Catholic Church where he served on the Finance Committee, the Cleveland Noon Lions Club where he served as President and Vice President, and a Catholic fraternal association, where he served in a leadership role. Blake and Leah live in Camden Ridge. 
 
Dan Grimmett
Dan is a Loan Officer with Regions Bank and Mortgage. With over 20 years’ experience working for Fortune 500 companies, Dan has extensive experience in finance, sales, marketing and real estate. He was educated at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the University of Central Arkansas. Dan has been an active volunteer at Lake Caroline, serving as President of the Southampton Homeowners Association since 2022. He has volunteered his expertise at a number of other organizations, as well. Dan has served as a Board Member at MadCAAP since 2006 and is a member of the Finance Committee at the Jackson Yacht Club. Additional board experience includes several years on the Madison County Chamber of Commerce Board where he served one term as President. Dan lives in Southampton. 
 
Todd Matney
Todd has over 29+ years of experience in Law Enforcement specializing in Federal Investigations and Dignitary Protection maintaining a “TS” SCI/SSBI Clearance. Todd is currently assigned to US Postal Inspection Service Federal Investigations and has served in the United States Secret Service assigned to the Vice-Presidential protection division. Todd is recognized for consistently building and leading high-performance teams with effective problem-solving skills and thrives on opportunities to collaborate with clients, law enforcement agencies, and corporate entities. Todd is an active member of the Advisory Council and lives in Hampton Chase.
