The Board of Directors is responsible for the management of our association. A policy making body, some of the key responsibilities include:
Financial Management
Strategic Planning
Conducting an annual meeting of the members
Approving contracts
Ensuring adherence to architectural review guidelines
Maintaining common areas and facilities, and
Delegating operational tasks to the Executive Director.
Nancy Lehman, President
Nancy is a real estate broker and owns Nancy Lehman Realty, LLC. She has been a top-producing, multi-million dollar residential realtor for 20 years and has built or renovated over 20 homes in the Madison/Ridgeland area, including the one she lives in now in Martinique. Prior to her career in real estate, Nancy owned Julianna’s Pizza and Personal Touch Flowers. A past Vice President of the board, and past Chair of the Advisory Council, Nancy currently serves as Board President. She also serves as the Board Liaison to the Park Committee. A resident of Martinique, Nancy enjoys time with her two daughters and five grandchildren.
Allison Balducci, Vice-President
Allison is a Regional Account Executive with Bristol-Myers Squibb pharmaceutical company. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Mississippi. A resident for 27 years, Allison joined the LCOA Board in 2017 and served as Secretary before assuming her current role as Vice President. She also serves as Liaison to the Architectural Review Committee and as Liaison to the Landscape Committee. Prior to moving to Katherine Pointe, previous roles include President, Vice-President, and /Treasurer of Pembroke Cove Homeowners Association. Allison and Pam reside in Katherine Pointe.
Sheldon Miles Ford, Secretary
Sheldon has 19 years working in the financial industry. Prior to her current job as an Investor Advisor with McAllister Capital Management she worked in Treasury Management with BankPlus. She has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Mississippi. She and her husband Brad live in Bridgewater.
Daniel J. D' Amico, Treasurer
Dan is co-owner of AMS Mortgage in Madison. He has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeast Louisiana University. He is a member of the MS Association of Mortgage Brokers where he holds the Mississippi Residential Mortgage Specialist designation and a member of the MS Home Builders Association. He has volunteered throughout his life. A few of his roles include serving as Treasurer and as Parliamentarian for the MS Association of Mortgage Brokers, and Secretary/Treasurer and 2nd Vice President for the MS Mortgage Bankers Association. Dan and his wife Martha live in Sundown.
Johnny Barlow
Johnny is a retired business executive. He started as a salesman and worked his way up to Vice President of Corporate Sales and Marketing. During his 34-year tenure he served on his company’s Human Resources Ethics Board where he mediated ethics complaints and conducted employee training. An Air Force Veteran and native of Jackson, Johnny attended Belhaven College. He and his wife, Brenda, moved to Lake Caroline in 2014 and live in Pembroke Cove. Johnny is currently President of the Pembroke Cove HOA and has served in this role for the past four years. He is also a board member of the Lake Caroline Men’s Golf Association.
Judi Fouladi
Judi is a retired judicial officer following a highly successful 25-year legal career in California where she served as a deputy district attorney, a deputy public defender, and as a private practitioner experienced in complex civil litigation matters. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Western State University in Orange County, California. She served as President of three separate homeowner associations prior to moving to Lake Caroline in 2021. Judi lives in Camden Pointe with her husband Robert.
Rebecca Rives
Rebecca is a retired healthcare administrator. Her work included the senior leadership position for two healthcare companies, Assistant Vice President for a fortune 1000 company, Corporate Director for a management consulting firm and Director for a graduate program at UMMC. She has a PhD from the University of Mississippi. Rebecca joined the LCOA Board as a Member-At-Large in 2020 and she currently chairs the Communication Committee. Previous roles include President of the Southampton Owners Association, Secretary of the Camden Court Owners Association and Landscape Committee Chair. She and Frank live in Southampton.
Lesley Tatum
Lesley Tatum is a business owner. She currently owns IFT Investigates and is the past owner of Historically Modern Interiors. She served on the Advisory Council for 2 years and was LCOA’s 2018 Volunteer of the Year. Many residents know Lesley, having met her at one of the many events sponsored by the Events Committee, which Lesley chaired for several years. She is a Member-At-Large with the LCOA Board since 2019 and currently serves as the Board Liaison to the Events Committee. Lesley and Pat live in The Shores.
Chris Walker
Chris is a retired attorney and founding partner of the Markow Walker PA law firm in Ridgeland. An experienced defense litigator, Chris served as Special Assistant Attorney General to the State of MS by appointment and has appeared before the United States Supreme Court. He has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi. Chris is a Member-At-Large on the LCOA Board and a past Board President. He serves as Board Liaison to the Lake Committee and is a former Advisory Council representative. In his spare time, Chris volunteers as a licensed battlefield guide at the Vicksburg National Military Park. He and his wife, Carly, live in Hampton Bay.
