Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the management of our association. A policy making body, some of the key responsibilities include:
  • Managing financial affairs
  • Conducting an annual meeting of the members
  • Approving contracts
  • Ensuring adherence to architectural review guidelines
  • Maintaining common areas and facilities, and 
  • Delegating operational tasks to the Business Manager.
Nancy Lehman:  President
Nancy is a real estate broker and owns Nancy Lehman Realty, LLC. She has been a top-producing, multi-million dollar residential realtor for 20 years and has built or renovated over 20 homes in the Madison/Ridgeland area, including the one she lives in now in Martinique. Prior to her career in real estate, Nancy owned Julianna’s Pizza and Personal Touch Flowers. A past Vice President of the board, and past chair of the Advisory Council, Nancy currently serves as board president. Nancy enjoys time with her two daughters and five grandchildren. 
Allison Balducci:  Vice President
Allison is a Regional Account Executive with Bristol-Myers Squibb pharmaceutical company. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Mississippi. A resident for 24 years, Allison joined the LCOA Board in 2017 and served as Secretary before assuming her current role as Vice President. She also serves as Liaison to the Architectural Review Committee. Prior to moving to Katherine Pointe, Allison held officer positions with Pembroke Cove Homeowners Association. Allison and Pam continue to enjoy life at Lake Caroline.
Ted Fortenberry: Secretary
Ted and his wife, Candace, and their children have lived in Lake Caroline since 2018. He is a graduate of USM with a bachelor of Science in Radio, Television, and Film. He is the general manager of a local TV broadcasting company and has served on several boards as a director and an officer. He was elected to our board in 2022 and serves as Secretary.
Lesley Tatum
Lesley Tatum is the owner of Historically Modern Interiors, a full service residential and commercial design business. She served on The Advisory Council for 2 years and was awarded volunteer of the year for 2018. Many residents know Lesley, having met her at one of the many events sponsored by the Events Committee, which Lesley chaired for several years. She now serves as the board liaison to the Events Committee and the Landscape Committee. 
Rebecca Rives
During the past year, while serving on the board, Rebecca chaired the Communication Committee which implemented a Welcome Committee, administered a member survey, wrote News Notes, and managed our website, including implementing an online court reservation system and event registration system.  Previous roles include president of the Southampton Owners Association, Secretary of the Camden Court Owners Association and Chair of the Landscape Committee. She was LCOA's 2017 Volunteer of the Year.
Rebecca is retired from UMMC where she served as director of a graduate program and led the campus-wide leadership development program. Prior to UMMC, Rebecca held several management positions including Assistant Vice President for a fortune 1000 company, Corporate Director for a management consulting firm and Executive Director of a hospice program. She and her husband, Frank, live in Southampton.
Chris J. Walker
An attorney and co-founding partner of the Markow Walker PA law firm in Ridgeland, Chris is an experienced defense litigator and has appeared before the United States Supreme Court. Chris is a member of the Madison and Mississippi Bar Associations and is a past candidate for Circuit Court Judge, District 20. Chris is a current board member and past president of the board. He also served as a representative on the Advisory Council. He and his wife, Carly, live in Hampton Bay. In his spare time, Chris volunteers as a licensed battlefield guide at the Vicksburg National Military Park.
